Cabrini Movie Showing
Join the Springfield Sons & Daughters of Italy for a free showing of the new blockbuster movie "Cabrini" about the first American saint to be canonized.
This movie digs deeps into the Italian immigrant experience that many of our ancestors dealt with- from discrimination, loneliness, and abandonment. This is a great movie for the whole family.
We will show the movie on Saturday, June 8th at 6:00PM. The movie is free and will be held at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Center, next to the church on 123 William Street in Springfield. Donations will be accpeted.
Our new Italian youth group will be selling popcorn, soda, and candy.

Join us on Friday, June 21st at 6:30PM for a showing of Ruggero Leoncavallo's Italian opera, "Pagliacci."
The showing is free and will be held at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Center, next to the church on 123 William Street in Springfield.

Not only can you join the Sons & Daughters of Italy in Springfield, but you can give the gift of a year membership for a family member or friend. Simply fill out the application for that person, then send us an email telling us it is a gift. We will send you a letter to give that special person this Christmas.
