Become a Sponsor Today

Dear Neighbor,

On February 18th of this year, the St. Padre Pio Lodge of the Order of the Sons & Daughters of Italy was established here in the City of Springfield.  The lodge is a gathering of men and women who value their distinctive Italian heritage and seek to share it with others.  Sponsoring instruction in Italian language for adults and children, promoting a greater appreciation for Italian literature, music, and art, and teaching Italian culinary traditions are some of the means by which we seek to do this. However, none of this can be done without the necessary funds.

Our first fundraising activity to help create an endowment will be the Rinascimento Italiano, an Italian Renaissance Gala.  It will be held on Saturday, 28 October at the Sheraton Grand Ballroom in Springfield.  The celebration will include a traditional Italian multi-course dinner, live music, and dancing.

We are inviting our neighbors in Western Massachusetts to participate in this important activity by sponsoring us as a patron of our cultural renaissance.  Several levels of sponsorship are available (please see enclosure).  Whatever your level of support, please know how much we appreciate your contribution.  As a non-profit organization, 501 (c)(8), all donations made to us qualify as charitable contributions and are therefore tax-deductible.

If interested in being a sponsor, please email us at OSDIAspringfield@gmail.com

Thank you for your consideration.  Please help us keep our Italian culture vibrant here in Western Massachusetts.

Grazie Mille,

Salvatore S. Circosta

President, St. Padre Pio 3013
